I would expect the food is at least edible given the terrible and confusing serving attitude from the self-claimed owner of the place. When it comes to billing, this restaurant is scamming their customers by automatically adding 18% gratuity in every bill and 3% more for paying by card without any notice.

Great view of the harbor, waiter was very polite and had a very good attitude . The crab dip is delicious!

We visited O’Quigley’s while on vacation and the food was good. Our server, CHRIS was very hospitable and did an awesome job with our table of 8. We’d come back again and again if we can get him as our waiter. Great job, Chris. The atmosphere was very welcoming and lively. We throughly enjoyed our meal and the great vibes.
