Taco Bell - DeSoto

The Chalupas were great as usual. I was disappointed with the Mexican pizza. It seemed thrown together. I got a first day with the app and would probably have tried again during the official kickoff.

FIRE ALL LAZY STAFF, new a new management team this place is “open” and these teens always say that they don’t speak orders just to do nothing. This is a great place, but this kind of staff is busy stopping this place!

They always forget to hold the cheese so that means i have to wait another 10 minutes for my order. This happens at all taco bells.Vegetarian options: Maybe if you educate your employees on what a vegan diet consists of they would understand why i don't want cheese in my black bean burrito.

Not one customer in the lobby, not one car in the drive thru and we were still asked to wait??? Slow and very poor service.

Cody is the best!! I'm the only reason I'm going. Such a sweet person and is always so friendly.
