Dunkin' - Des Plaines

The worse Dunkin donuts location. You could be waiting 15+ minutes in the drive thru because they are slow and then they try to charge you higher prices everyday in the same things. They should really put a limit on orders as drive should be for 2 or 3things, not ordering for your whole office. Had to give 1 star as you can't give negative

There's a male employee who works in the morning that truly makes this place outstanding. The level of customer service he provides is something I've never experienced at any other Dunkin'!

The service at this restaurant is quite slow. I had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order, and the staff didn't seem in a hurry at all. Overall, the experience was disappointing!

The staff member was not friendly. I believe they should be let go. Monday, 12:13 PM (11/14/22)

After spending $7 on a croissant and 5 tater tots, I asked for my order to be emptied. After waiting for them to locate the register for 5 minutes, they charged me an additional $1. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs, although the service was fast.
