Subway - Des Peres

I frequent this location more than any other! So much that the employees and I are pretty much on a first name basis. Everyone who works here is polite, friendly, and always willing to have a conversation with you! More than that, they smile. And not just while you're in front of them, but long after you sit down to eat. The employees talk to each other with respect, joke around and genuinely have a good time, which makes for a very positive and welcoming environment for everyone who comes through the door. The bread is always soft and never over-baked, dry or crumbly. I'd call that a good start to any amazing sandwich. If you don't know what you want, they'll make a recommendation! If you need time to decide, take all that you need! All their meats are tasty, the produce always tastes fresh, the chips are always fully stocked, the floors and tables are always clean, and overall, I look forward to coming in because I know how great the service is. I had a day where I was short on change and someone was kind enough to apply a coupon to my order, allowing me to eat lunch that day. There is virtually no limit to the kindness and willingness to help from the staff here. You could honestly not hope for better! As long as nothing changes, I'll always come back and see my Friends and Subway!

A franchise set apart from the rest. It's all the things you expect out of a Subway but with the friendliest staff that run a tight ship. Only Subway I go to.

This is the closest subway to our house. We used to go once a week and we would always use a coupon that we received in the mail. However, this location has STOPPED ACCEPTING COUPONS. We have not been back since we found out and will not be back unless they start accepting coupons again.

I don't understand why I am getting bad service in West County!!!!! No hello how are u?!? Nothing!!!!! Very rude!!! I don't care how desperate You are in staff no one should be treated like this.
