Mcdonald's - Des Peres

Place is a joke. Get there 30 minutes before closing or 30 minutes after opening and the place is either completely dark of you are just left in the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone taking your order. Has happened more than once. Disgraceful.

It takes at least 10 minutes to get through the drive thru. You sit silently at the speaker for at least half of that and then more time if someone is in front of you. They are only capable of taking care of 2 cars at a time.

This McDonalds has quickly become the worst McDonalds ever! The quality of food has gone into the hills and also forget the simplest special order because they get it wrong every time! I will like to drive the extra 2 miles to Manchester McDonalds for now!

I can't stress how terrible this McDonald is, it's easy the worst in the entire county. I go here almost every single day for coffee or lunch, and since late the quality has been beaten. If there are more than 4 cars in the drive thru, wait 30 minutes for your food. Make sure you check your bag before you leave the window because they forget part of your order and leave without it. I just spent 3/4 of my lunch break and waited for my mobile order. The rude lady in the window gave me two sodas when I only ordered one. I also received regular coke and not diet (good, I am not a diabetic or I would probably be in the hospital). I asked her where my cake was and she said we didn't have any cakes?. She wanted to get me out of here without reimbursing me. When I asked for my money back, she started yelling at someone behind. I also paid extra to bacon on my sandwich I never got. I understand that mistakes happen, I work in retail and have almost a decade. But this McDonald?s is consistently slow, the orders are consistently wrong, and most workers are extremely rude. I understand you're working at McDonald? but don't let me in.

Terrible driving through service that is the absolute minimum to work.
