My favorite taco truck. Everything is good. My go to is the asada steak tacos and a horchata to drink.

Excellent food from excellent people, even in the coldest time, they still have a delicious warm food to grab on the go; and they have warm champurado!

I went crazy at lunch. Let me tell you about this place. The owner/waitress/cook (aka Momma Taco, as I like to call her, is the sweetest lady. Your food is nothing shy. I've eaten in the Los Pinos Tacco truck since 2017. Today, however, my first visit to the restaurant Los Pinos was, and I tell you I will return. When you visit, tell her I sent you. I usually follow pastor Tacos, but today I couldn't decide so I tried a handful of different dishes: chips with 3 heat variations of salsa. Aguachili w/shrimp, tomatoes, onions and peppers(The dark haveero salsa was indescribable delicious and a new personal favorite sauce. The taste is unsurpassed. I can't wait to order this court again. 2 pastor tacos with rice and beans (the tacos are my first love. The rice has a taste as if I had never had 3 pastor-chalupas with salad, tomatoes and sour cream (the tortillas are handmade with the perfect little crabs and an unforgettable taste After talking to her during and after my meal, she sold me a glass of her families who wanted to try at home. There are details on the photos if you want to buy your own seasoning, call the number on the label. I would like to say to you, if you did not stop at this place, I would ask you very much. Some food options vary from truck to restaurant, but they said you can always call before ordering and as long as the restaurant is open, the truck can accept your requests. I have visited this truck, and now restaurant for 4 years and I have never satisfied less than 100% with the food. Their new restaurant is great! We ordered the chiles rellenos and 'el patron '. The chiles rellenos was super cheesey, just like it should be. El patron was AMAZING. It had bacon wrapped shrimp and one of the most flavorful pork chops I 've ever had. The chips and salsa were spot on. We had ours to-go, but the booths and seating are covid friendly. I highly recommend. I 've had their ceviche and seafood in the past, and it has always been spot on! If your looking for a mexican that doesn 't have the same boring menu as all the others, check them out!

On my way to Chicago from Denver and originally stopped by BK and the QT petrol station, but they were closed and found this little jewel on Google. I found this Taco truck. Not sure they are the best in town, but definitely up there in my book. Authentic Mexican food safe. I had steak and pastor Tacos, Tamale and Burrito and was absolutely delicious! If you stop with gas and do not want fast food chain to be over. Just 2 minutes from I80! Muy Rica la comida muchas gracias Don! Se los recomiendo!
