Sweet Treat Without Wheat - Des Moines

My daughter’s coworker brought in some sugar cookies for her birthday. I got lucky she brought some home and they were literally the best ones I have ever eaten! So soft and creamy. I’m not gluten free and would choose these cookies over anything else. I look forward to ordering!!

I ordered the Focaccia bread and the sandwich bread and it definitely fell flat, not literally though because they were THICK. I’ve enjoyed many Focaccia breads before and this just was not good to me nor was the sandwich bread. I should have probably gone with the sweet treats! However pricing was good for GF items, and pickup was smooth.

Love, love, love the focaccia bread. I haven’t enjoyed bread that good in 20 years— when I first found out I had celiac disease. Thank you so very much!

It was cute buying baked goods from someone 's driveway, and supporting someone who supports a GF diet. But... So expensive! And it just tasted like something I could make at home. They weren 't really friendly. Not really worth it to drive all the way out there for it. Also, it seems they only sell things if you order online first, (can you do this for just a couple items? It 's not clear. unless they happen to be doing a 'pop-up store ' in the driveway. We didn 't know and could easily have driven all the way out there for nothing.

I ordered a 9 in double layer chocolate cake a little longer than 24 hour notice and boy did she deliver! One of the best cakes I've had! Delicious!!!
