Dunkin' - Des Moines

3 times in a week and half they claim they have no donuts before 1130am. This is not ok!!!!! Your a donut shop no reason you should run out so early unless you only make like 12 of each this not ok. I will never ever order from here again.

If you go through the drive thru, it would be faster. especially, as this seems to be one of the most affected fast food sites in the city. but when we go into the window, there are at least 3 employees who do nothing. eat donuts. dance and completely distract the 2 persons who worked the window. they make a ridiculous amount of time to make an ICED coffee. the girl who worked in the window was more concerned about what her employees did. customer service was zero stars. but the coffee was right.

No donuts? it is 1 clock on Saturday and this load has no donuts. what kind of management allows this to happen? I rarely visit this business. I won't be.

Terrible experience. The two ladies working were extremely rude to my mom. She gets a lot of cream in her coffee but it's always still hot when she gets it. I know because I drink mine the same exact way. This time when she received her coffee it was cold which means the coffee was not fresh. When she went back in to tell them it was cold the lady argued that it's going to be cold from getting as much cream as she did. My mom explained that she's been getting her coffee this way for years (as have I) and that while she agreed the cream does cool it down, it shouldn't be cold. Reluctantly, the other lady working got my mom a new cup of coffee but from the same old pot so of course the same problem occurred. When my mom told them it was still cold, they continued to be rude to her and kept arguing. One of the ladies finally made a freah pot of coffee which completely solved the problem. The longer the coffee sits, the colder and older it gets. Last I knew, Dunkin was suppose to brew fresh coffee every 19 minutes. Employees need to learn a thing or two. Pitiful.

Low quality eating, I say worse than mcdonald 's. order 2 orders by hash browns each order contained 3 soggy hash browns. the two sandwiches, as if they were sitting all morning.
