Every time they get food orders wrong and it is stale and most of the staff have very poor customer service if you don’t want to deal with the public work somewhere else behind the scenes this is mainly the girl that was working tonight 21/03/22 really not suited to customer service very rude

BP Truck stop Derby is an embarrassment to the BP brand. The food here is inedible, the staff are 'odd ' and the station cannot be relied upon to make ice over summer when it ought to be evident that expecting to buy ice up north over summer at a truck stop is a perfectly reasonable expectation. Today the person serving me at POS was distinctly surly. And while we are pointing out what is less than ideal why is it that two bays are devoted to toys; one for the pink princess and one for the junior gun-runner in your family? Is this the 50 's? Twenty years ago I edited and rewrote much of BP 's front-line staff training material. For that reason I can assure anyone reading this that the store fails in key merchandising standards. The store is clean; one star.

Great truck stop. Decent food, good coffee, friendly staff.

Was thinking about coming by and visiting wasn't sure if I could pick up a kangaroo as a pet

Well equipped and stocked store. Plenty of variety of food, especially if you like fried chicken! Sells ulp 95 which is a bonus up here.
