Tipsy Tomato And Pizzeria - Derby

Revising my star rating for food 5 stars. Shrimp Fra Diablo was outstanding with the cherry peppers. I love it spicey and usually when I order this dish from other restaurants it's never really spicey! Excellent! First time for take out. My original 3 stars are for the incomplete take out order. 2 Items missing from my order, our salads. When I called to let them know I was told you weren't charged for them. OH, I guess that makes it ok. No it made our dinners incomplete. When you're taking out, someone should really be in charge of double checking orders to make sure everything that's supposed to be there, IS!! I worked a very long day and was looking forward to my dinner once arriving home. I live 25 mins away so running back was not an option.

In a new area and wanted to try some local cuisine so I searched and found the tipsy tomato. Turns out the food is delicious, environment was nice and waitstaff were on point and friendly. I ordered the house fried mozzarella and a steak and cheese. Both were delicious, added the bacon to the sub and it blew my mind, so good. Will definitely eat here again. Parking: GPS took me to the back but there is also parking in front.

I judge a place by the pizza and chicken Parmigiano and pizza ok chicken parm overdone. I do not recommend

There were 3 of is in my party. We ordered 3 alcoholic drinks. Only one was ok. There was no crown and the amaretto sour is all sour mi and took a long time to come out.. Then after awhile, 2 of us got our food. We were done eating by the time the 3rd persons food came out. I ordered the lobster ravioli. it tasted good but it was Luke warm. Then we got our salads. I am very disappointed in this place. I don't recommend it unless you want to wait a long time for anything!!!!
