Taco Bell - Derby

Not sure it’s Mexican. Not sure it’s American but I know it’s not good.

I guess the hours online aren’t correct. I came by around 11:40, on a Saturday night, and they say they’re closed. What a shame. And trust me I’ve been there, working fast food till close, you just have to grit your teeth thru those last orders 5 minutes before close. In this case I was 20 minutes before close, so not quite as bad… but I didn’t know they closed at 11:40 now. What an odd time. Terrible honestly

Please be advised as for public health use caution at this establishment. The order we Recieved here was completely incorrect,miss and meat was room temp to which is unsafe as well one of the burritos had spoiled dairy product just by the bite we took. The ice coffee had the taste of cleaning solution to which was promptly dumped. As well WATCH the lettuce as I found it clear and brown. Most of which the oder was entirely cold the teens running the prep tables assembling it were making fun of us the entire time and so we wait to sew if we get food poison from this establishment.

Food was good, but they didn't really believe me when I said one item was missing which is a bummer but they still ended up replacing the item, but feel like getting grilled by the staff for a $1 cheese melt is a little insane, but who knows.

Everytime I go they forget something in my order. This time they didn’t give me black beans and neither of my taco or burrito had sour cream and tomatoes like I asked. Didn’t give me napkins or a spoon. It’s always like that.Had to edit this because I just noticed they replaced the meat in my taco with black beans ????? I used the app so it’s not like they misunderstood me????
