Arby's - Deptford

We've been to this location twice in 3 days and both times they were closed. The first time we hadn't looked online and didn't realize they closed at 6pm. The 2nd time we went, yesterday a Saturday, their website says they're open until 10 or 11pm and they were closed at 6:20pm. According to Google their hours were updated 3 days ago so why not put the correct hours? We live about a 20 minute drive from this location and it's the only one around us so to drive out twice and both times they're closed is quite disappointing. There's also no signage to indicate that they're closed. The large Arby's sign out front was still lit the 2nd time we went. At this point it isn't worth driving back out there who knows what time they'll close!! It's also impossible to find out when they close because their phone is always busy! I guess they just took the phone off the hook. Great way to lose business. Smh.

Love their classic roast beef sandwiches. Had a coupon to use and the sandwiches with two for $4. They we're very good. Also received a lot of the sauce packets.

I try the fish sandwich for the first time and it was really good and real fish? can not go wrong with the curly pommes

I had the shortest personal that today picked up my order and handed it to me. I didn't get the usual greeting from the employees today. she was super unprofessional and rude. she had burgundy haare and really needed more training. Maybe it was her last day or something, but she's awful on the drive-thru. I know there is a lack of personal, but wow it will be a lack of customers when they hire people like them. they also close at 18 o'clock.

Food was made to order, hot and fresh. Server/cashier very friendly and polite.
