Taco Bell - Denver

I came to this restaurant specifically for the Mexican Pizzas and was very impressed. The drive-through service was fast and the staff were friendly. They got my order right and included napkins, utensils, and sauces. The food was hot and well-prepared.

I was pleased that everything I ordered was accurate, hot, and fresh. Usually I have to pick off tomatoes after asking for none, but this time everything was perfect. My daughter's burrito had sour cream just as she requested, and now she's not the only one with cream on her food. Thank you Taco Bell for coming through today.

The food at this restaurant is typically well-prepared. However, the wait in line was unusually long during my last visit. I ended up standing in line for 15 minutes without any progress, so I decided to leave and come back later. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to staff shortage. They need to improve their organization.

I can't believe I bothered to write a review for this restaurant when I know they won't listen to feedback or make any improvements. I waited in a long line at the drive-thru for 25 minutes only to receive the wrong order with no napkins or sauces. The manager seemed more interested in chatting with a friend than addressing my complaint. It was a frustrating experience with no resolution in sight.

This restaurant is located in the lobby near the entrance. I didn't notice it at first. We waited in line before heading to the restaurant and to my disappointment, it was closed. This is a major issue. I enjoy Taco Bell, but it would be great to have another food option in the lobby.
