Rude personal in the drive thru. they have messed up our order and they wouldn't fix it.

Well ordering for delivery was a complete flop! Not only did it take twice as long as they said it would but our order came in missing half of the items that we paid for. I honestly don't know why my daughter likes this place. The food is so bad

First out of fortune cookies. Then no napkins. So when I ask for napkins she hands me one. I said there’s 3 of us and then she hands me one more. I said there’s 3 I’m not trying to share napkins. She said well we are out of napkins. That’s not my fault your out of napkins. I’m with 2 kids. Kids are messy. Don’t cheat me on napkins because you have none.

Maybe 50-50 they'll actually have what you want from their menu, a frustrating experience, but EVERYTIME they will ask if you want to do donate to .... something. Lose the charity and focus on a better customer experience.

Their portions are huge and everything seemed fresh, service was good and fast I was happy with my experience.
