Sesame balls for appetizers ended up being desert since they were a good mix of salty and sweet.Hawaiian bowl was good, and adecent portion size. Sushi rolls were rolled well. Boba tea was good, not too sweet.
Good enough for a simple bowl. I would recommend this for the simplicity and price. Not enough variety in sauces. No gluten free sauce which is so easy that there is no excuse. Not enough fish options but the hamachi is decentFood: 3/5
Being a lover of Japanese food- I ordered the chicken curry bowl which tasted more like imitation gelatinous curry with rubbery chicken. But I guess I should've expected nothing less when it was ready in under 5 minutes. The vegetables were fresh, which I appreciated but I definitely wasn't full off this $13 bowl. Maybe the ramen and other items are better.
Do not visit this restaurant. I walked in and greeted the lady who was at the register. She completely ignored me and continued to scroll through her phone. I can’t tell if this was a racist gesture (her manager had to tap her and tell her to serve me) when she finally acknowledged me i asked her about the menu and she rolled her eyes and told me they don’t serve the drink I asked for??? Her manager had to push her off the register to tell me that they do have the drink. As I was eating she proceded to talk about me to a customer. As though I wasn’t there lol this restaurant is completely unprofessional.
Seriously, this is the best ramen I have ever eaten in the entire West. There are other options like sushi or poke, but be sure to try at least once their ramen. The atmosphere and service are normal. Nothing extraordinary but considering that this place is in downtown, i think the price is very very reasonable.
