I did the next day, the female manager yelled at me for going through drive through, made me pull around and brought me another wrong sandwich.Then she argued with me implying I'm lying. I told her ill just call corporate, she threw sandwich I didn't want in my car. Icalled corporate number was busy, looked online arbys site was down. I go to chick fil a now instead ????
Very nice order taker. The Reuben was great but the curly fries were cold and old.
Went and spend 37 dollars for me my wife and my son the food was black on the classic roast beef and French dip was all black and we weren?t going to eat that so that?s 37 bucks down the drain and had to order other food as it was 10pm at night I plan ontrying to get my money back some how please do your self a favor and do not go there save your time and money
I just don't understand why the drive through is so slow. It is painful. I would happily give more information but the link you provided asks for way too much personal information. Just note that if you are sitting at a speaker for 10 mins and no oneacknowledges your existence you start to wonder if you should hop the curb and go somewhere else. Also this is not a one offexperience with this place.
We ordered the beef gyros and they were literally thrown together. The meat was in one part of it I mean they could take some pride in what they do and spread it out and prepare it the way it looks in the pictures. For the price we paid I would expect itto be better.
