Kfc - Pittsburgh

We stopped on our way home for a little meal after a wedding. The crew was great, making sure we had fresh fries for our meals even though it was close to closing time. My family and I appreciated the extra effort they put forth for us.

Disappointed. Drove specifically for Grandson at 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night and was closed except for drive thru.

I do not like to complain but I was displeased with the service at the harmarville location. They had the front doors locked but the door on the other side was open so we walked in and the manager wasn't too friendly to us inquiring about the situation they are dealing with. There wasn't anyone in drive thru. I thought they were actually closed from the look of it on the outside. Now I understand staff shortages I work in retail but when you have people sitting in the dining room and telling us the dining area is closed is condescending. I firmly believe the customer service needs to be taken up a notch in these situations. You don't want to let a customer leave upset even more than they are knowing they cannot make an order.

Amazing food! The manager working was great! So nice and helpful they really did a fantastic job!

Lobby not open. Very long line at drive thru. Got home and no biscuits in any of the meals.
