Horrible experience. Bad food. Bad service. Like eating in a barn. Avoid!!

My wife and I have frequented Gina's every year for the past 10+ years. Unfortunately, something changed. The staff didn't seem as welcoming in July of 21; we barely saw a smile on their faces. Yes, still in a pandemic and perhaps a major contributor, but I can not make excuses for anyone. If keeping a restaurant open is too challenging, perhaps it's time to move on. Most likely will not return.

My favorite restaurant on the Cape! The linguine with white clams is to die for. And their salad dressing is so amazing, I could drink it! The stuffed shells, eggplant Parmesan and lobster or shrimp scampi are also incredible! Everything I’ve ever tried here has been amazing! Must go!!

I'm absolutely horrified how the owner treated my parents. they've been coming here for over 30 years. they came to dinner to celebrate high-time anniversary there. my father has parkinson and uses a walker and has a very hard time to foot. it was easier for my father to sit outside and not go so far. they sat on an outside table and the waitress said she would bring them table settings. the owner came over and shouted at them and said, "I told you we don't do outside the restaurant." my mother replied that my man has the walker and we didn't want to be in the way and they didn't tell us that. he said: “You know how many people have wanderers!” how can you dare to pay customers on those wise who have supported you through the pandemic and for 30 plus years! it is unthinkable and unmanned. they will never come back to their restaurant! either our family members and friends and I will make sure of it. you should be ashamed and how you treated her!

Very disappointed with our first (and last) experience at Gina's. We chose to eat indoors as the weather was 90 degrees and thought inside we would have air conditioning but we were wrong as it was still 90 degrees inside. We were sat in a very dark room and with an odor so horrible that it altered our taste. Never have we ever smelt something so horrible like stale dirty carpet. Our water glasses were left empty the entire time we ate and only were filled when asked after we completed our meal. My husbands wine was hot! The entrees left much to be desired. Olive Garden close competitor and only half the price. After spending $170 for dinner for 3 and out in less than an hour I can say one thing for sure we will Never be back nor would I recommend this place for to anyone. How does this place get 5 stars by anyone?
