Courtesy and basic communication skills from their staff are not worth mentioning. Taking time to take and complete an order, faulty speaker/ headset is not what a customer wants while placing an order. The management should figure out what their sales priorities are.
You guys should change your staff . All girls were talking all the time. I ordered one small iced coffeee and had to wait like half hour for my coffee because girls have to finish there gossip business first. Although when i got my coffee they forgot to add ice in it (lol). And we i taste it oh god i had to dump that coffee. I think they gave me like 4-5hr old coffee.
Worst Tim Horton 's for service! Ordered online and paid online. When I got to the location, they said it 's not ready, can you pull over and wait? What? I gave them 30 minutes to prepare the order!!! 3 cars go through the drive thru while I am waiting for my food. I actually had to get out of the car and go get my order. Then I get my order, and it 's wrong!!! Don 't order from here. Horrible service. And, they really didn 't care. When I asked why the order wasn 't ready, their answer was because it isn 't .

Honestly the friendliest and best Tim hortons staff in the lower mainland. They never hesitate to help when I call in an order ahead of time. Always helpful and always stocked with donuts!
