Casa L'acqua Italiano - Delray Beach

This is the best restaurant in Delray Beach! Whenever we are in town for four nights, we make sure to dine here at least twice.

The service was good and the ambiance was pretty, but the noise level was extreme and the food was just slightly better than average Italian. I ordered the bolognese with rigatoni, and was disappointed to find mostly pasta and minimal meat. This was our third visit, but unfortunately we will not be coming back anytime soon.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. I suggest trying the half portions as the full portions are incredibly large!

Wonderful service. Food is outstanding by far the best Italian in town

From the delicious apps, to the specials, to the desserts, Casa L’Acqua does not disappoint! This is our favorite upscale “fine Italian in Delray Beach because the food is exceptional and the service is impeccable. Please note: this is NOT your checkered tablecloth Italian. You want spaghetti meatballs?” Fuggedaboutit! Think more along the lines of langoustines, octopus carpaccio, homemade pastas like black truffle ravioli in cream and tortellini w/ prosciutto along with a $1M wine cellar for proper pairing. DO NOT miss sea salt encrusted branzino (my wifey’s fave) or the veal chop with black truffle cream sauce (phenomenal). Joe will debone the fish himself in his corner station near the kitchen before it’s brought to your table. Everything Joe and his team creates is prepared, assembled, and served with care. From the complimentary Parmesan cheese with balsamic honey drizzle that appears the moment you are seated, you know you are in for a treat. The staff is always hustling, the bar is always full, and the place is always packed no matter the season, so grab and confirm your reservation. The place is not huge but there’s indoor and outdoor (porch/garden) seating available. Finish with a tartufo, fresh tiramisu, or pinapple flambe (my father in law’s fav) along with a cappuccino or espresso and your culinary journey is complete!
