I have been a loyal customer from the beginning, eating there at least twice a month. Unfortunately, the last three or four visits have seen a decline in service, quality, portion size, and customers from what I have seen of recent. We now only drive over there once a month or so at best because you are just not sure what you're going to get. I hope they get things back to where they were in the beginning, and not where it is now. The shrinkflation thing is a deal breaker for me.

We went in on a Saturday afternoon Approximately 1230p. They were not busy at all. Our table of 6 and 2 other tables of 2. One waitress and 1 bartender. Ordered our drinks. Bartender made them and they sat on bar for 10+ minutes. Finally got our drinks. Took our LUNCH food orders. Then waitress spent the entire time talking to a co worker at the back of the restaurant. 30 mins later I had to stand up from my seat and yell for a waitress that our drinks were empty and had been for a long time. Waitress comes to our table and takes our refill drink orders. After being there an hour with only 1 drink and no food. Our food arrives. Luke warm, cold, and mushy. Our bill alone was over 70$. That sat mainly un eaten. 2 other couples with us. The food was terrible as well as the service. We will NEVER go back!
