Fantom Brewery - Delhi

A micro brewery is located in the DLF South Point Mall on the ground floor with a lush seating area with an interior decor of an English pub, light music at noon on weekdays and heavy metal on Friday evenings and weekends. This pub is very famous for its microbrauerei in the house. The place has wonderful decoration with comfortable ambience. It is a perfect place to hang around with friends and have deep conversations about authentic Italian, Nordic, continental cuisine. The quality of each product is completely unbeatable with some lip lubrication taste, starter: Ø Crispy Corn (5/5) : I had this court at most barbeque joints, but this was quite different, obviously in a good sense. The crispy, less oily taste and perfect blend of spices makes it just perfect. Ø Dahi k Kebab (2/5) : Now this was not really the expectation, completely bland in taste, no cripples in the outer half and were very naughty to say the least. Ø Butter Chicken Slider (5/5): These were the best. It's nothing other than colourful Pao with some lip lubricate butter chicken pieces and gravy poured into them. Must try for Non Veg lovers. Ø Tandoori chicken wing (5/5) : Again a delicious preparation of this restaurant. Prepared for perfection, loved the mix of spices and tandoor preparation was just perfect to make the chicken together with juicy taste. Would recommend that. Ø Fiery Chicken Pizza (5/5) : Now this is simply perfect, chicken breast with jalapeno paprika on a spicy basis. The perfect use of cheese on this thin crust pizza made it taste amazing without giving a heavy load on your stomach Main Course : Ø Dal Makhni (5/5) : If you prefer hard core non vegetarian and hardly vegetarian things on outings, just try this stuff here. Perfect mix and use of black lenses, cream and sufficient use of spices. Loved the scent of this dish too. Ø Methi Chicken (5/5) : Methi Chicken Curry or Murg Methi is a delicious curry made by cooking bone in chicken with fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves. It is not really a dish that gives a veggie taste, but an amazing combination of chicken mixed with fresh methi leaves. They are actually used as spicing in this plate. Try it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as a must try in terms of dishes I tried but give the type of preparation and quality they have, I think their whole menu would be one to try. Fantom is a very beautiful brewery pub on the golf course street. The brewery beers are pretty tasty and reasonable. The beverage card is good if you have plans other than the brewery beers. The menu is also fantastic and offers you a variety of Veg and Non-Veg dishes to choose from. It is quite a place, and if you go on weekends strongly suggest to make prior booking, you can not be happy to find a place in the pub. The ambience is great with good service and good helpful staff. The pub is also good if you want to enjoy sports, as it had large and small screens to ensure that you have reasonable views from each session. The washrooms and smoke rooms are inside and well maintained. Would enjoy Tuesday as the best day in the pub as you get good deals and the amount is usually thin. The parking lot at the shopping center is sufficient.

This place is amazing. Efficient staff, faster service. Taste of beer when amazing. Food is great. You have a Happy Price menu every day between 1 am and 7 pm (see picture for more information at the price). I ordered sorted Chinese greens in Cilantro Sauce with Udon noodles. It was just amazing. I will definitely recommend this place if you are beer lovers and food lovers. Cheers...

Very good place for Hangout. The ambience is very good. You can sample beer tasting before ordering beer. Food was delicious and beer was high. Price was not expensive. I like the big fleet wall. I love it. Chilly Panner Pizza was great.
