Abbey - DeLand

The Abbey is my favorite spot in Deland. Wonderful selection of beers, amazing meads by Odd Elixir that I LOVE, and friendly and attentive staff. Yummy food. Great events. Just a awesome place! Definitely recommend!

More Mead Steve!!!! Green Goddess and Abbey Normal are my favorite. Support this bar as they are great group of folks. They make you feel like family as soon as you enter the door. If you can't stick around Go in and grab a growler or two or three. I take the trip from Orlando to Deland for the mead. Trust me it's that good.

Great place with very interesting selection of unique European beers. Was able to watch the World Cup soccer match of Spain v Portugal. Quesadilla was amazing. I ordered The Blair. Very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place. The have their own Meadery which are drinks from fermented honey. Very unique flavor of drinks that I've never tasted before. This place is a must visit in DeLand.

Abbey is one of the top places to enjoy a beer in the area! The bar has a cozy and charming vibe, despite being fairly dark. They always have a selection of great brews on tap or in the cooler that are definitely worth trying. I was pleasantly surprised to find a glass of Bruery Black Tuesday, a beer I've been wanting to try for years but never seen on draft in Florida. It was a rare find at Abbey, with no special promotion or hype surrounding it, which was perfectly fine with me because it meant more for me to enjoy.
