Our decision to celebrate the 70th birthday party with 70 guests at a small in deidesheim was right and top-class. an impressive location - this tasteful vaulted cellar, by making it wonderfully celebrate, fascinated us already during the visit. a professional offer with creative ideas and suggestions was sent to us post-turning. We were impressed by the company philosophy to use only regional products from cooperation partners. woman slender explained to us that one can talk about many things and ideas - but in pointo wein, only a pirate comes in question. after a wine tasting at the partner winery brown, we then chose wonderful plumbing wee for our guests who were accepted without problems. already the champagne reception with flame-cake variations in the hof delighted our guests who were totally enthusiastic after entering the vaulted cellar. stylish, tasteful, just after our presentation, the matching earlylings decoration already enjoyed the auge. the table water, juices and the selected wee were replaced so our guests already signaled satisfaction. a good impression left the staff on the buffet, which then distributed our food selection on the guest's tellers. the preparation of the spears was brilliant. meat and fish products, as well as the seasonal vegetables on the point cooked and cries with delicious supplements. all wishes and requests were accepted by the excellently trained and extremely friendly service staff and immediately taken care of.Our resümee: our celebration was perfect by a - z and the ambitious toptoo rounded off the wonderful birthday party. a warm thank you to the woman and the super nice staff." again and again ".lautet our credo!
We have married ende juli in the low / tapalatina. we had a beautiful free trust in the location with a great generous reception. at dinner in the weinkeller, unfortunately, everything was not so smooth anymore. the winery was not yet covered or decorated on the afternoon. that have taken over our trusts. the food was qualitatiw and delicious. However, the portions were too small and most guests have eaten "satt" at the candybar. the service incl. service was unfriendly and partly cheeky to our guests. we had a soaking epau dish, which made water and wein unfortunately very spicy after-seated. Conclusion: great location with good food. service does not fit at all. price - performance not consistent.
We celebrated with 40 people in the low. Unfortunately, woman behaves very unprofessional and it was difficult to meet, she lost her notes several times and also our wine selection we had to tell her several times. when we arrived to decorate, she was not there and the tables were dirty and not covered. only 2 hours later was covered. at the actual celebration she was scary to her employees, which did not make any good impression on our guests. there was a british kidnapping the woman flattered probably not fit and was commented by her with the words that you wouldn't do that in the pfalz. However, since it was our celebration we found this very inappropriate. the food was very good but it was not given the opportunity to pack up and take away the food and simply cleansed even though some wanted to eat. also the high-time cake was almost thrown away even though I wanted to take it. the next day to clean up we already found women's low packed crates and felt thrown out. we were 2 hours before the agreed time there but already days before they said they were afraid that we could not wrap up timely enough. we were also asked who we had invited yesterday, and whether we had been known that these guests, for example, planned a brittle tour etc. the good food and the beautiful yard liked us very but with a wife plumage than owner and these accompanying circumstances we would no longer celebrate there and our money would rather give to someone who offers better service.
Since we were attentive to the good eating of the then tapalatina by a private birthday party, we wanted to try the monthly brunch. we were kindly greeted by woman plumage and accompanied to our place. she explained to us the concept of this event, which brought us something to the point: the appetizers would be in tapasform at the buffet, after which you could order the other "after and after" at the services that would then be brought. according to the map were the different icy dishes, rösti with forellentatar, potato-diving soup, lemon chicken and a vegetarian alternative. while you are used to the brunch to serve yourself on the buffet and choose between different main dishes, we looked at the whole of the positiw. Unfortunately, it then took too long between the different courses, first of all until you could order them and secondly until they were brought. Furthermore, the suppe and the chicken were only lukewarm, which in part were cold. Normally we would have been complaining, but since we were already sitting for more than 3 hours anyway, a complaint would have pulled everything into the length. we then asked to bring the dessert quickly, which worked. the taste of eating can not be complained, everything was also dressed. the concept should be reworked if necessary, because this was not a brunch but a multi-course menu with an appetizer buffet.
