Marco's Pizza - Defiance

The pizza at this restaurant is terrible. The chicken bacon ranch pizza is nauseating and the cheese is absolutely revolting. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I always place my order online and pick it up. The thin and crispy crust is delicious, and the Italian sausage is top-notch. The food and service are always excellent.

This is the best pizza in the city, however, the coupons they send out hardly ever work and when you call for help, they are unable to assist. The employee said there was an issue with one of my coupons, so I followed his instructions, but it still didn't work. They attempted to use another coupon from the same sheet, but that didn't work either. I eat here frequently, but this experience has left me speechless because it is simply ridiculous.

This restaurant used to be good and able to accommodate special orders. However, like many places, it has declined in quality. I don't understand why their response to a mistake in an order is to have the customer come in to get a new item or simply saying they cannot help. I don't think I should have to drive 30 minutes round trip for their mistake. If I have to give things away because they can't do quality work anymore, then why don't they? This is just bad customer service.

The customer service was excellent and the pizza was delicious. It was made perfectly, cooked just right, with a thin crust, mushrooms, and onions.
