Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had bought a big garnel, but instead a small one. a big drink was bought, but it wasn't in the bag. After I had filed a complaint, I was refunded for the orders not received. I was happy to get a refund.
They were pretty decent to get all, even though the line looked at. but some workers were somewhat stressed. some complained that they were sick and looked like they really didn't feel good. mgmt was very unthinkable and did not even offer them a few minutes to decide whether to go home or not.
Eating is good, but service sucks, long time waiting
The employees at this location have always been so polite, and always accurate!! The speaker system was broken, so took quite a while. Chicken, biscuits, and portion sizes have gotten smaller, no Cajun rice anymore, and prices are getting out of control. Wish Al still ran things!
There were 13 cars in drive thru and 11 ppl waiting on orders inside the restaurant. No one was moving but orders were being taken. I did my order thru the Popeyes app and was just waiting longer than the expected time. It took the patrons to get rowdy for the manager to finally tell everyone that the fryer was down/not working. I was there for 45 mins waiting on my order only to be given the incorrect order (5 chicken tenders red beans n rice) and to be fussed at by one of the workers there because she couldn’t find the RIGHT ticket. I guess she couldn’t read well because I kept showing her my phone that said “5 pc signature chicken/Mac n cheese”. She over talked everyone in there. The male manager kept looking up but NEVER once came to deescalate the issue. The customer service here sucks so bad. During this climate we are in there shouldn’t be such a headache to get food that’s paying their salary. So many WRONG orders were given this day. So much confusion along with it. First n last time going to this location
