This restaurant is fantastic. It's consistently clean and offers great prices for the generous servings of subs. I adore their soft bread, crisp vegetables, and the warm meat and cheese. I used to only go to Subway, but now I prefer this place over it.

I was left waiting! I placed a large order online for my coworkers and myself, and they processed the payment without any issues. However, when we arrived to pick up our food, they claimed they never received the order due to system issues. Despite showing them a confirmation email, they refused to give us our meal or provide a refund. They promised to issue a refund once their system was fixed, but after two days of waiting and contacting them multiple times, they only offered excuses and did not follow through. I have never experienced such poor customer service and feel completely let down. Do not order from this restaurant online as they are unreliable and will deceive you. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was simply unacceptable. I feel deeply disappointed and betrayed.

I absolutely love this sandwich shop! They have a wide variety of hot and cold subs to choose from. The service is extremely fast and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
