The drive through girl will give you attitude and talk about you while you’re sitting clearly ear shot in the drive through because she can’t listen enough to understand the difference between a “matcha” and a “latte.”

I had the worst experience here. I knew the day was coming when I had got into an argument with the manager and her worker. Her worker made my coffee completely wrong . So when I try to ask who can make my drink over everyone looked at me. The manager finally replied and asked how do I want my coffee I tried to tell her she kept talking over me , to the point where she said go by my coffee somewhere else in front of everyone. Until there is new management I will not be returning. There is no friendly faces at this location at all.

You get the worst service from the leading managers on site. They are Hispanic but in their minds they consider themselves white, they are only nice to white people. And it's not about making myself a victim but I live next door and I see the difference between the treatment, I decided to write because it has already happened a lot that they offend the Hispanics who come to the establishment. Apart from that, their treatment is horrible, the employees are people, they are 2 people without love for what they do. I don't think they are the only owners of that, there must be someone else to take control because they are very bad.

I waited over 10 minutes for a coffee that one old woman was making and looked like no one wanted to help her. There was a young man making food and looked to be quite slow. I placed a mobile order and it wasn’t ready just one simple coffee! Unbelievable. Spoke to the manager and just seemed rude and didn’t want to hear me out. Would never visit this location again! Every time I come to pick up my mobile it’s always that one older woman in the front alone it seems like too much for one person at times….

Horrible dunkin donuts, the hash browns are so over cooked you could chip a tooth, the workers there are horrible, they close at 9 if you go there anytime after 6 they already start putting there donuts and muffins away, one time I went there at 730 and they refused to make anything besides coffee.
