Merit Grill - Dayton

The food and service was amazing! It was my first time there and I would recommend Merit Grill to everyone! Way to go on great food and service!

Following two visits one for breakfast and one for dinner we were so impressed with the food and the treatment we received from our servers that, when it came time to reserve a place for a luncheon to celebrate my son's Masters Degree graduation, Merit Grill seemed perfect. What a great idea! All eleven of us enjoyed delicious food served by a congenial waiter. The chef heard we were complimentary and came out to personally thank us for our comments. First experience here at Merit Grill. I remember this building used to be a friend. Lately there have been a number of restaurants and was still not satisfied with them. I brought a colleague there and blow away the improvements they made inside. It was very elegant and the food was great. Mushroom soup was delicious. Meatloaf was really good and I had the burger who is one of the better in town. Nicholas was great as our server! I can't wait to take my wife there and go again!

The food was excellent. The menu has a variety that should satisfy every taste and satisfy most appetite. The tables have table linen that make the place feel up, but the prices are reasonable. The waiter was attentive and happy to serve us. We will return

We were traveling through Dayton, Ohio on a road trip and found this wonderful little place after hiking at Cox Arboretum. The owner and wait staff were very attentive and happy to help. The food was truly delicious and unique. I would definitely go back if in Dayton again.
