Captain D's Seafood Kitchen - Dayton

Captain D's is hands down the best restaurant I've ever been to. The food was delicious, but that's not the only reason I feel that way. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. The staff made us feel like old friends, not just customers. They took our order promptly, brought our food to us with care, and checked in on us multiple times to ensure everything was perfect. The employees working that day should be a role model for this company and every other restaurant. Keep up the great work - we will definitely be back!

The staff at this restaurant is extremely welcoming and courteous, on par with Chick-fil-A. The manager was very polite and attentive when interacting with guests. The cashier not only brought my food to the table, but also checked in on me while I was eating, asking if I needed anything and later offering to take care of my trash. To top it off, she refilled my drink and wished me a good day before I left.

I was new in the area and happened to come across Captain D's, so I decided to have lunch there. The service I received from Evin was excellent. He took my order accurately and was incredibly polite. He checked on me while I was eating to see if I needed anything else and was very friendly. The fish I had was delicious and I truly enjoyed my visit to this restaurant and the wonderful service from Evin. It seems like I have found a new spot for a pleasant lunch. Thank you for the great service!

My mother, my son, and I were in huber today and live about 40 minutes away. Anyway, we decided to stop here and have lunch the heart who worked today super friendly, our eating was hot, service was fast and they had smiles on their faces. I'm so glad we stopped here for lunch, more companies need people like these types so great employees!

It was ok. I normally really like Captain Ds but I have literally, not once, had fries that weren't chewy and lukewarm. The fries are consistently horrible. I won't order them again. The pieces of fish are now these long skinny pieces similar to a tender not a fillet. But, the fish, the shrimp, the hush puppies all taste great. The employees are always friendly.
