Bojangles - Dayton

After traveling down from the north to bury a loved one yesterday. This morning around 830 a.m. on sept.17, 2023 I saw bojangles as I started home. I am tired and very sad but I lit up when I saw the sign. I knew I was going to have a great biscuit and hot bo rounds. Nope.. I pulled out onto hwy.27 in Dayton Tennessee excited about having my southern favorite only to pull out a biscuit so burned that the insides were dust and to make it worse cold bo rounds. Disappointed so much that I pulled over to write this. Some employee wrapped and put that bag of burnt food together with my money and sent it out that way. No pride, no care for the individual that just paid money. Thank you hwy.27 in Dayton Tennessee bojangles for wasting my time and my money. We have eaten at this location many times with good food and service. However, todays service was excellent. Nina went above and beyond. She was very friendly and very professional. She deserves a raise. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a delicious and generously sized chicken sandwich that was baked by hand. The cajun chicken fillet biscuit was also tasty. The fries were a bit over-seasoned for my taste, but when we ordered them without seasoning, we found them to be perfect.
