Burgerfi - Davie

This was our first time in a BurgerFi and wow. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the general mood of the place was cool. We will definitely come back.

I've been coming here for years because of the generous portion of fries. However, they recently changed the fries to a type that just isn’t crispy, even when they’re cooked properly, and I end up throwing them away. Strangely, they still include a few properly cut fries, so it seems like they’re capable of serving better ones. It just doesn’t make sense.

When Juicy Lucy was advertised and decided to try it... but the expectation is scarcely different from the reality that is served here. It was not a lunch break or something for this burger to be served so badly in quality and presentation. There are signs in the restaurant that talk about quality A beef is better than competitors, but I had NIE look worse and tasted beef than from here. It looked worse than understated high school cafeteria meat and I even only in two hard cartilages when I stole the beef. Is it so fresh that they have grounded bone cartilage or cow teeth in that beef? Really disappointing lunch. No complaints about the cashier and other cleaning staff working there. I made my deal for the first time an order on the Burger Fi app and they were good, but to pay $13 after tax and tip for a burger I can at McDonald's for $1 is terrible. I am a great cheese lover, but the flavors melted here were not satisfactory, there was hardly a Fi sauce or sweet Relish spread... everywhere, would not return here and would recommend Shake-Kack with much better smash cheeseburger melts and higher quality taste and knall for Buck!

The burgers have changed! They no longer taste like they used to; now they resemble Shake Shack's offerings. They're these thick double burgers, and honestly, they're not as good as they were before. You can't even order a single burger anymore, and it costs $10 just for that. Shake Shack is better and more affordable! The shake has also been modified, although it's still decent. The cheese sauce has been altered too, and it's not great. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning. The staff is usually quick, but they're just average – nothing special or welcoming.

While the place was busy, it was also very clean. The staff was amazing; when there was a mix-up with my order, they promptly remade the missing item without hesitation and even let me keep the extra item they mistakenly gave me. I can’t give less than five stars, and I wish I could give more because this place truly deserves it!
