Crab Shell - Dartmouth

I visited this pub on a day out in Dartmouth with my wife,young son and another family of 3. Terrible service from the off with the waitress shouting at me for using the toilet inside. She then took our order as if it were a chore for her, without so much as a please or thank you. Bought the drinks without a word and then complained at the end when we wanted to pay cash. We overheard her talking to other customers in the same rude manner, and she was making it difficult for a disabled customer who wanted to sit inside the pub. I would never go back to this place and would recommend others to try somewhere else should they visit.

Arriving in Dartmouth after walking from Brixham in the rain, we needed a warm pub, with a warm welcome...and that's what we got. We had a couple of pints and watched the rugby....excellent.

Nice friendly pub, serving good crab sandwiches....with a nice glass of beer, great, also Dartmouth is a lovely little port with nice shops and restaurants and tours with different boats

Nice welcome, very clean and well run. Very attentive and drinks were reasonably priced for a Harbourside pub. Toilets were very clean and the food was fab. Seating outside in the sunshine was lovely, just the place to chill out
