The service was extremely slow and the food was only lukewarm. The restaurant was empty and had no ambiance. Overall, it was a mediocre experience. We will not be returning here.

Food was nice, but the service is terrible. The atmosphere in the restaurant is non existent. It’s both clinical and sterile and lacking anything that would make you want to return. Such a shame as the food is well cooked and flavoursome. The service leaves a lot to be desired.

Came here as a group of 8, they wasn’t expecteing us even though we booked 6 weeks ago, staff moved tables around quickly to sort out our booking, 20 mins passed and we asked if we could have a drink, another half hour went by We asked if we could place our order when the food came the waiter didn’t know what he was bringing out and muddled our order so people got the wrong food we use to come here Years ago it was a brilliant night out with traditional atmosphere, now no atmosphere! Only alcoholic drinks are beer and wine Grat as a takeaway but Wouldn’t go back to eat in the restaurant x

We stayed in the hotel above the restaurant for one night and decided to dine in, which we are glad we did. Being vegetarians who dislike mushrooms, we sometimes struggle to find good alternatives, but this was not the case here. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the Paneer Tikka Masala and my partner had the Vegetarian Manchurian (which was spicy and made her nose run), both dishes were delicious along with the cheese naan bread. Although the restaurant had a modern setup with limited tables, it did not detract from our dining experience. The servers were casually dressed, which we did not mind. In the end, it's really about the quality of the food and the price, and for what we had, the bill came to under £40. I must mention that the Onion Bhajis were particularly tasty as well. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back for dinner. Additionally, they do serve alcohol.

I was staying at the hotel and decided to give the restaurant a try. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, as my experience was enjoyable.
