Rude employees Hung up the phone in my face and when I called back it went to to voicemail

I’m in tears laughing. They close at 11 and said you got 5 to order. I’m like Ight bet strob- “4,3,2,1 goodbye” I’m dead. They service atrocious

Very disappointed in the customer service. More disappointed in the manager or owner’s passive aggressive attitude. I realize that a small order is not worth correcting because they’re more concerned about money. They sent me the wrong 20oz soda for my family member and wanted me to bring it back if I wanted the right one, but that was the reason I paid for delivery. Then to insult me even further the young lady said I don’t get paid enough for a $2 soda I thought it was at least a 2 liter. Then when I asked for the manager he refused and I could here the conversation in the background about it only being a 20oz. Even though I haven’t eaten there in years and only order for my family, but it’s ok because I would never patronize them again. And will not allow anyone in my house to order either. No place is worth that much disrespect especially when I don’t even eat their food.

I called tonight and soon as the lady answer the phone talking to someone else also keep calling me baby and hunny then say shut up whole time I’m trying to order she laughing then say call back when you ready to order like what? I wouldn’t recommend ordering at night very disappointing.

I was born in the Summerville area of uptown- grown. Ed's always had quality tasting food. Great staff....
