It is on the Uber Eats app and when I asked an employee if I’m supposed to pick it up there I got a head nod. I waited 10 minutes to pick up my order and finally went to the front and saw my order there. Uber and DoorDash pick ups are all different and we rely on the app to give directions on where to pick up these orders, if the instructions are incorrect we are left to ask the employees and if the employees are incorrect, this delays our pick up process so it is very important to put a sign there or put your directions correctly on the app on where to pick up these orders. If you’d like to provide your customers with hot delicious food, then putting a sign where their orders can be picked up is completely necessary especially for gig workers. Even if the pick up orders are always at the front this was not relayed to me by the employee at the pick up area and not relayed to me on the app.

Awful people. I ordered via Door Dash who appropriately picks up a sealed order and delivers it. I open it and half of my order is missing. I call Panera as it is their mistake not Door Dash's and they tell me they can't help me. When I ask to speak to a manager the associate puts the phone down, walks away and no one comes back. 25 min later and $25 later I hung up the phone. Door Dash righted the wrong by bringing me the correct order but Danvers Panera you are awful. Never again.
I travel for work so I go to a lot of panera locations and I can comfortably say this is the worst. The pump in the charged lemonade is broken so there's a massive clump of fermenting pulp sitting at the bottom of the container (this can be had for $5 for a large cup). The floor in front of the machines is so incredibly sticky I have to MARCH through the store to avoid getting stuck. It may be so sticky because their large lids don't fit the large cup so I'd imagine spills are fairly common! I think I'll be going to Dunkin' while I'm here even though I'm a sip club subscriber.
It used to be good. They always forget something or miss something that was part of the order. The past 3 times I’ve gone there’s always something wrong with the order. Very frustrating.
