Starbucks - Dania Beach

Eventually, a girl, whom I believe is named Ann, began to serve me. She placed one of my drinks in a bag and then started preparing a food item, even though my order only consisted of drinks. While she seemed very cheerful and danced along to the music playing, she seemed distracted. After a while, she realized that I was still waiting and noticed that she hadn’t packed my other drink since she was not focused on her task. Once she finished with my order, she handed me my bag and made a dismissive gesture as if to say I was done and could leave. This left me feeling undervalued, and I believe that both the staff and the manager should be aware of this poor treatment and the delay in service. If there are any doubts about my experience, the security cameras will confirm it. While I appreciate her cheerful demeanor, it's clear that as a professional, she needs to improve her service skills. Thank you.

Raffa was the person who took my order, and she was fantastic! It's not often that I feel like I'm in a charming little coffee shop, but she made the experience feel like I was in Italy! She even shared some details about where she's from there. The food was a perfect 5/5!

I would appreciate it if the baristas could take an extra couple of seconds to make sure the lid is securely fastened on the cup before serving it to customers. It really isn’t that difficult. We ordered a hot latte, and unfortunately, the lid was not placed on properly. It popped off the cup as if it were spring-loaded, spilling drink and foam all over the Uber and my boyfriend's shorts while we were on our way to our cruise. This was not the best way to kick off our vacation.

This place is a disaster. There's one overwhelmed girl handling the drive-thru, and only two workers managing the hot bar and cold drinks, processing one order at a time. They really need to get organized. I've visited many Starbucks, and usually, they don't take this long to make drinks. It took 30 minutes for my order, and the inside wasn't even busy.

This new location is quick with their orders and offers the usual menu items you’d find at any Starbucks. I stopped by to grab a drink and a grilled cheese for my daughter. Personally, I don’t eat or drink at Starbucks because I find it too pricey for what you get. That said, they do have a wide variety of options, so they clearly know their business well.
