Przekaż informację zwrotnąI'm here right now 12/19/22, I asked to be moved to the front of the table, and this guy came saying that me and my family needed to wait because they always wait for more people to sit, we already waited 25 minutes and this guy yelled at the server in another language upset because we were moved. What an uncomfortable situation. The Chef was great no complaints at all, at least he made this situation better. the food was good too.
Ichiro is my favorite place for sushi but the guy that seems to be the manager is always rude and treat us like trash. It’s not the first time that it happens, a lot of people I know was mistreated by him. Always rushing us to leave the table even before we finish our meals and treat us bad just because we never pick up hibachi (which is more expensive than sushi). I don’t know how a place like that can stand, they don’t have customer service AT ALL!!!! That’s literally the first time I complain on google but I’ve always wanted to find a way to complain because they can’t treat customers like that. And the only reason why I come back is because it is really close to my house and I love the sushi. But I would never go back if they didn’t have the 50% off promotion because the regular price is not worth it compared to the humiliation.
All the fried rolls seem to be refried over and over, not even fresh. I was charged 18% tip for party of 3, I'm not even satisfied with the service. I miss the old Ichiro, would not come back again.
I went tonight to eat n the service was very. Bad took a long to a waitress to coming and ask for anything second was five waitresses just looking us n never ask if we need anything after ten minutes we decided to get out very bad service look like they don’t need customers special when was empty hope they get better
I usually love coming here for hibachi. On 2/18 i dined in for sushi. this was my first time on this side. the meal was very good as usual. the bill came, i didn 't tip because gratuity is added. as i stood up to leave with my one year old son, the server stood in front of me and said you didnt tip, tip not included in front of everyone .. i proceed to grab my belongings .. embarrassed. she continues to explain why i should tip. i asked to speak with the manager.. they said manager wasn 't in. I went back today .. because i didn 't want one bad experience to ruin my favorite place but this time i brought my husband .. we sat on the same side. food was great, he received the bill and showed me gratuity was added. at this point i will never go back.
