Sonic Drive-in - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

The manager Danielle made me SO UNCOMFORTABLE she was being so so rude and cruel to the employees. As always, the strawberry sweet tea taste bad with little to no ice , so I asked for a strawberry ocean water instead. Danielle is outside with another male employee who she is disciplining very rudely and loud in Spanish, then she dramatically points to my car and gets loud and sarcastically asks the poor girl as shes walking back inside WHAT ARE YOU DOING??GO HELP HER ! then she shakes her head the sweet girl then came and grabbed my tea to take inside to exchange. then again, Danielle stops her at the door and gets loud with her WHAT ARE YOU DOING??!!! , DONT EVER TAKE FOOD OR DRINKS BACK, IVE BEEN TRAINING YALL SINCE 5 THIS MORNING, HAVENT I? ARE YOU SERIOUS COME ON NOW!! The poor girl is always replying yes ma 'am with her head down the whole time. Then this lady has the audacity to look at ME and tell me word for word DONT EVER GIVE US YOUR FOOD OR DRINKS BACK, YOU KEEP IT IN YOUR CAR I asked , does Sonic have a sign that says that? she said I use to have a sign they made me take it down Shes talking to these employees who are young teenagers, someone 's child) as if she is a damn Prison Guard or Drill Sergeant. I felt so uncomfortable and sad for the employees. I then apologized to the sweet girl as she brought me back my drink and told her she doesn 't have to accept anyone speaking to her in that way, she raised her head and smiled and you can tell I made her feel so much better! I then asked Danielle for cooperates number and she laughed at me and said this is a franchise I said ok give me the contact for whoever is above you. I made her pull out her phone and I took a picture of the contact! I told her she needs to learn how to talk to people! Its been confirmed this poor young girl QUIT not too much longer after this incident because of the verbal abuse by this lady! Don 't let your kids work here with this cold hearted woman! Danielle, if you are reading this, you need to work on your people skills asap. God don 't like ugly! I don 't care how much older you are or how much more money you make, you are suppose to treat EVERYONE with the same respect you expect in return! Go fix that sweet tea instead of playing Prison Guard ma 'am. Please and thank you.

Food is always goodEmployees are fast, smiling, engaging, and some are on skates which I didn’t think Sonic did anymoreIt’s one of the businesses in the area that keeps up appearances which we all appreciate. Landscaping looks good, store is clean, and my whole family loves coming here

I don 't eat at sonic that much. So I was working in the area yesterday and this was pretty much it. Since it was nice out we decided to eat at the patio. I ordered two #1 combos, while ordering I asked for a glass of water. The order taker laughed and said what size? . I said whichever is free, she then replied, nothing is free I laughed as well thinking that she was joking. I thought she was, but then she said you can get a mini cup of water for ten cents. I explained to her that I was spending $21.08, but that seemed to fall on deaf ears. At this point I was ready to cancel the order and drive somewhere else to eat. I didn 't but really should have. They brought the food to the patio in the bags. We opened them up, there was no ketchup, so my son asked for some, she went back in and didn 't come out for a while, so my son asked someone else and they gave him 4 ketchup for our combos, he gave me the 4 and asked for some more. No it took about 5 minutes before she came out with 4 more ketchups, but before she headed them to him she said that will be 25 cents each we were flabbergasted to say the least. Explained to her we didn 't even get ketchup with our order... The food was not that great, I could tell the meat was not freshly cooked, and the tots seemed to be soaked in oil. Overall this is an epic fail, especially for someone who doesn 't eat here much anyway. I will not ever again buy anything from Sonic. They made it perfectly clear that the customer, is just there to hand over their hard earned money. I have already fired Wendy 's, and now you Sonic...
