I order from here. Last time, the shift manager or manager did not check my order in the window and forget my whole chicken sandwich. I understand that mistakes happen cool. To avoid long line, I order online for kurbside. Says it'll be ready at 6:00. Cool, I get park in Spot 2 put it in the app. I'll wait 26 MINUTES. No one's coming out, I'm going in. I count about 15 employees and managers from the counter, 2 employees are in the kitchen talk. I'm in front of the girl who took orders as soon as I got up, she left. To TOP. it from hispanic boy standing in the kitchen ask the girl at the Expo who pick up curbside and she answers no one and laughs the manager RIGHT NEXT TO THEM an older black lady. holds handing drive thru her food bag instead of solving the problem. Finally the girl comes back to the register and I tell her I want my lock behind her and she reads the name on the only order of food there and ITS NOT EVEN MY ORDER after 38 MINUTES MY FOOD ISNT EVEN DONE YET! When I arrived, they had no line in the car thru. At the GM in the restaurant industry. I understand that things happen mistakes when you are busy, but for a crew member to say you 3 feet away that no one locks up and you act as you don't hear that manager will sink your business. So I told them they didn't make it and I went out. And, of course, the manager heard and finally told them that they were taking the other women's order.
I enjoy having a delicious Whataburger roasted on both sides, so Yummy. It has a lot of wonderful childhood memories to bite into this Comfort Food! Love it! Place Stays Busy, it is pleasant atmosphere. .
Good nice bad service asked for spices. Hispanic lady with bad feet go as her feet hurt(not know her name) So I'm asking for honey mustard and ketchup. She blamed me. Had an attitude, if I asked for my change, you gave her my money. So I asked a refund she wouldn't give me my refund. I was just so tired. I just wanted my money back for bad service.
I will never go here again. I went here after work and that was the first mistake. The cashier was new so she was nervous(I don't blame her one bit) but I had to wait 30+ minutes for my food.Customers that ordered after me got their food before me. There was a short Hispanic lady worker there that bumped into my arm and didn't say excuse me or apologize,this is while I was waiting at the counter for my food. She didn't even acknowledge me while I was standing there but when two other customers walked in,they sat down at a table and she made sure she brought their order out to them and even hurried to the back to make sure they received their milk shake. I can't remember the name of the black lady who helped me but she was very nice. She found out what happened to my order and the same hispanic lady that bumped into me,put my food to the side like it was a door dash order. When her coworker said don't put the food over there,she rolled her eyes and like she didn't care and had the nerve to look at me like I did something to her.I got my food and looked at the bottom of my fry box and it was some hair. Gross...but my boyfriend went to get a refill and the same hispanic lady,walked right in front of him with a container of steaming hot water and didn't even say excuse me or better yet just waited until he was done. SMH...I should've spoke with a manager but at that moment I had to leave out of there because bad business is bad business. I will NEVER EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
