Teppo Yakitori Sushi - Dallas

I'm not sure what all the recent negative reviews are about, but I visited this restaurant on a Saturday at 8 PM and didn't encounter any issues. The food was absolutely delicious, although I was a bit disappointed that the yakitori comes as a $30 set instead of allowing you to choose individual skewers. The service was timely; everything arrived in a reasonable timeframe, and I didn’t feel that it was exceptionally slow. We finished our meal in about an hour and a half, which seemed reasonable given our order. The taste was amazing, though the prices are on the higher side for the portions you receive. The yakitori alone may not be filling, but I ordered a $30 yakitori set and a $40 wagyu fried rice, and I left feeling satisfied. The fried rice was easily among the best I've ever had. I definitely plan to return the next time I have the chance.

I've been coming to this restaurant for at least 17 years, and I've never had a bad experience. The customer service is always excellent, and the dishes are amazing. I've recommended this place to many people, and they've all been impressed by this little gem in the heart of busy Lower Greenville. I don't understand why some people leave negative reviews, especially if they haven't even tried the sushi here.

Having lived in the neighborhood for several years, I only decided to try this place after moving away, and I was really impressed! The sushi is a bit pricey, but it's exceptional. I noticed that there were a lot of couples dining, which made me realize it’s a perfect spot for a date night. I'm definitely planning to come back—most likely with a date!

This is the most inauthentic Japanese restaurant I've ever visited. Everything about it feels fraudulent. The nigiri and sashimi don't meet Japanese standards, and the yakitori served here is nothing like what you would find in Japan. I was nearly sick after trying the chicken heart yakitori. This place is not only unappetizing but also seems to violate numerous county food regulations. I believe it's important for us to report this establishment.
