Placed a delivery order around 6:45p last night and didn't receive my pizza until around 8:30p. In between that time, I called the store number listed to inquire about my order, BUT it routed me to a contact center. The first person I spoke with was 1 hr after my order. He claimed that he called the store and that my order was walking out the door as we speak. He did not help me with a discount, a refund, a perk or anything. 30 mins later and still no delivery. I called back and spoke with 5 different people. All claiming to transfer me to a manager who could help but ultimately they were transferring me back to the contact center. One guy I even spoke to twice because he transferred me back to himself... The last guy had me on hold for over 10 minutes when FINALLY, the pizza, arrived 1 hr and 45mins later. I disconnected the call. Spoke with the driver and HE COULDN'T HELP ME EITHER. My pizza was just warm. Terrible experience. Terrible
The service was outstanding and friendly. They definitely know their menu and what to recommend.
This place blows. Pizza is under and always cold or luke warm. They never answer the phone and when entering the store, the employees look like they have been partying for 3/4 of the day.
Pizza Hut is now using Door Dash for deliveries. They can't deliver to the correct address. Pizza Hut get ready to lose business. Not a good business decision.
