Jimmy's Burgers - Dallas

I ordered the blue cheese burger and my daughter had the wings. I will definitely be returning soon. The burger was originally supposed to have blue cheese, but they substituted ranch instead. I'm glad they made the change because it was delicious.

Terrible experience. There was a bad smell in the air, the bathrooms were dirty, and one of the workers was careless in following hygiene protocols, using the iPad, touching the register, assembling a burger, and handling fries without changing gloves.

My experience at Jimmy's was disappointing. They served us a raw chicken sandwich and expired ranch dressing, and brought out each dish individually when we ordered multiple entrees for our group. We had to ask them to pack up half of our order to go. The food that was edible was lackluster and cold. The service was distant and indifferent. When we requested napkins (since there were none on the table), they brought us a huge roll of brown paper towels typically found in automatic dispensers. No one apologized for the multiple dishes that were sent back or had to be remade. I will not be returning to Jimmy's.

We have had great experiences at this restaurant in the past. However, this time we were disappointed when a chicken sandwich came out undercooked. We would suggest that management improve their food quality checks and overall service.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak with fries and the sandwich was very juicy and had a great taste. The fries could have been better if they were fried a second time for extra crispiness, but they were well-seasoned and delicious. I would definitely come back for the Philly cheese steak. I want to support more local businesses that are both excellent and affordable.
