Chick-fil-a - Dallas

It was good as always. It's just disappointing sometimes at this particular Chic-fil-A , the drive thru is always exploding with people. As a result, there is a rushing through the drive-thru and sometimes you may not receive your order correctly . Otherwise the overall experience was good. Also, remember Chic-fil-A is the go to for the perfect Milkshake.

The food took forever at the pick-up window. The employee called Kenny several times. After waiting for quite some time, I asked him if my food was ready since the app already indicated it was minutes earlier. He said Kenny and I said Kevin. The receipt said my name as well. He was calling me another name the entire time. On another note, this location need to trim their vegetation. There is a hedge obstructing the view of vehicles exiting on the Cedar Springs side and can easily get rammed by on coming traffic. Please trim your landscape to avoid serious or deadly injuries that can be avoided. Many Texans already do not know how to drive. I was not able to take a picture because I considered my safety while attempting to exit.

I thought it was impossible to get poor customer service at a Chik Fila restaurant but tonight I was proven wrong. For starters the drive thru line was highly disorganized. Our food was brought to us with 3 cars in front of us who ordered after us. This was a good thing since half our order was missing. We alerted the attendant but when we got to the front we had to wait as the manager and two other attendants were chatting with the young man in the car in front of us. When it was our turn again she didn?t remedy the situation and kept questioning us as if it was our fault they half our order to someone else. Then she took her sweet time getting us our missing items. Horrible customer service and a poor reflection on the Chik Fila brand.

I used to like this place. Not so much anymore. There?s no where to sit or eat. The quality of food and service has gone way down. The shakes are overpriced for the small size. I pre-ordered online and then have to wait at the restaurant 10 minutes for my food. I guess Chick-fil-A doesn?t want my business anymore.

Ecstatic I?m always able to pick up lunch order so efficiently!! My go to for a quick drive thru order, chicken nuggets fries are always cooked to perfection lemonade is always so refreshing!!!
