Applebee's Grill - Dallas

We left before even ordering, we waited a while to be sat but once we saw no one we decided to just sit in the nearest booth since the place was semi empty. The waitress was extremely rude and told us to stand back up and go to the front because we couldn't sit ourselves. Horrible attitude and we just decided to leave.

This is the most disgusting service I have received from this Applebee's in Taxes. We had a party of 16 . We were told that they can not service us because we are too large according to the manager. Very stupid... If were were to come individually, was he not going to service us.. very horrible service...

There was only one waitress working and she was really nice but they got my order wrong

Today, June 23rd, I called at 9pm to make a to-go car side order and was told that it would be ten minutes to pickup. I waited ten minutes and then arrived. When I got there, I waited in the car side park for an additional ten minutes before calling to alert them that I was outside. Another ten minutes went by and so I just went inside. ANOTHER TEN MINUTES went by before someone even acknowledged me sitting at the bar. Finally the bartender came back to the bar and I told her I was waiting for my order which she said “I was waiting to package it.” Unfortunately and other 5 minutes had passed and I decided to just leave. No, the restaurant wasn’t busy. The service kinda sucked tonight.

WE went there around 5:30 pm. There was only one waiter, took her 10 min to ask if we have been helped, we said no, took her another 10 min then she came and said that you wanna drink? It took her another 10 min. Still no drinks. We left. Never again. I should have know why it was empty, there was a reason, TERRIBLE SERVICE!
