Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had breakfast at Al Kabob. Anda Paratha and chai. Paratha was big and fluffy just right and omelette was good too desi style. The lady at the counter was super courteous. Chai was spot on Karak.Overall a good experienceFood: 5/5
Came the first time on a recommendation and was amazed at the food and atmosphere. Back today for the 3rd trip and still the same. At 2pm they kept a line of people coming to eat and pick up food the whole time we were there. The phone never stopped ringing. The staff were helpful and courteous in helping someone unfamiliar with the dishes find things to try. The food totally dominates the reasons for coming. It's loud with people and staff ordering food and calling out names for pick ups and it all works for an amazing experience and great food. We will be back and butter chicken will always be on our table.
One of the best Biryani I had in Dallas where the Kid put meat with love and not counting ! Must have if you visit dallas ! Hot fresh and delicious and yummy ! Reviewing it genuinely :)Food: 5/5
My family and I have been coming here for years. We’ve hosted so many friends over the years both dine in and take out. The food is so good. Today we had the worst service I’ve experienced in forever. We ordered our food to go but decided to wait a bit and sneak in a few bites before getting back on the road towards home. We live almost 40 min away by the way. When we got our food we sat back down and eat. I’m only assuming it was a manager lady walking towards us yelling that they asked if we wanted to eat in or to go. I told her yes we wanted it to go but we were going to sit for a moment to eat. She then says that because we decided to stay the people she has on the phone can’t come because we decided to stay. (I think that is what she was saying. She was loud and rude you could barely understand her)She continues to yell to the people behind the counter and go up to her an understanding of what the problem is because for one the restaurant was empty. 2. If I just spent $40 on one meal and samosas and I want to sit down and eat a samosa, in an empty restaurant that I just paid to patron, then I shall. The young man behind the counter had a nasty attitude and was dismissive and rude too. And it’s fine. You can think you can treat people any kind of way because of your own biases but just know it will Always come back to you. The food is good but the establishment is never clean. We have to always clean any table we sit at ourselves. Never saw it as anything more than you’re a small family business shorthand. I respected that. After all these years my family patroned to be disrespected. No good can possibly come from treating people like that.
While the food here is great. The lady who worked here was beyond rude and kicked us out because we asked them to pack our food to go but still was going to eat at the restaurant. She comes to our table being beyond loud and screaming and making a problem because we are sitting at the table. This was so unprofessional. Mind you I will attach pictures of an empty restaurant but it was such an issue for us to sit at a table to eat.
