Fang ’ Bistro 【cypress】 Chinese N Sushi

The garlic eggplant dish is a hidden gem. It's freshly prepared and so flavorful. We visit this restaurant about twice a month, and we would recommend it if someone is looking for quick, decent Asian food.Food: 4/5

Wanted to try because the reviews seem split on good/bad. Unfortunately, this gamble didn’t go in our favor. I ordered beef lo mein and it tasted like seafood?? Very bland, small portions, and just overall weird and not what you expect from a Chinese restaurant. Don’t waste your money here!Food: 1/5

Horrible. host was so rude, interrupted me several times and went “shh” with his finger. There was 3 other people in there and this man was running like yall need to hire more people. Super rude we literally had to walk out before we even ordered. asked for water gave me 95% ice and 3 sips of water. never coming again, didnt even get to try the food because service was that bad

Very flavorful food. Loved all dishes. However, the food did not have enough sauce to put on the rice. Relatively dry rice but flavor still good. Also you have to order vegetables extra. The dishes had no veggies even though the meat was fantastic! Must order separately. Recommend Honey Chicken, Sz beef, Shanghai shrimp and Singapore noodles.

?‍?Save yourself the disappointment go 1 light down the street to TOP SUSHI they have cheaper prices, delicious food, strong drinks wonderful service. We decided to try something new in the area so we stopped here. The fried rice was dark tasteless, the sushi was mushy, the pad thai was pink?? and EXTREMELY TASTELESS! Didn't even attempt to finish any of these dishes except the edamame.. it was OK.
