I'm not a donut lover but every once in awhile I'll get one and they're super yummy as well. They're super nice and if you're a regular every once in awhile they'll throw in some extra donut holes. Overall, delicious kolaches, great service, and decent prices. Love donuts and deli!
I love the staff here. They are extremely friendly and sweet. They are always super attentive and of course all of their food is amazing from the tacos to the kolaches and donuts! Give them a try, support local small business!
This restaurant is a favorite breakfast spot for my family! They offer a wide variety of delicious items, but our favorite is their croissants - the best around. The staff is friendly and quick to serve you.
I am thrilled that someone recommended Donuts Deli on Spring Cypress because we made the trek all the way from Bingle and 290 to sample this amazing spot! Upon arrival, it was clear that Cypress had embraced this establishment. Jason, the owner, mentioned that he had quadrupled his usual sales, and Cypress had already sold out by 10:45 when we arrived. Luckily, they still had almost everything we wanted to try. Tony opted for the potato, bacon, and egg breakfast tacos (made fresh!), a plain sausage kolache, and a glazed donut. He is a man of simple tastes and quite picky, so it speaks volumes that he raved about the kolache bread, the donut flavor (despite not being a fan of donuts), and the freshness of the tacos. He devoured the donut and kolache so quickly that I couldn't even snap a picture - that's how much he loved them! As for me, I tried the Boudin Croissant and the Ham and Swiss Croissant, and I am beyond pleased that I did. The boudin had fantastic flavor, and the croissant bread was just right. I had never tasted a ham and swiss croissant before, and unlike the tiny pieces of ham I've seen in other pastries, this one had a generous portion of ham throughout, resulting in a consistent bite every time. The only disappointment was that they had run out of specialty donuts. When we expressed our disappointment to Jason, he kindly offered to make us some with a different type of cake donut, albeit with a "messy" appearance. Well Jason, they may not be perfect in looks, but they were incredible in taste. The hospitality, flavor, and quality of everything left me wanting to sing their praises for even longer. My only question is, why haven't you visited this place yet?
I visited Donuts and Deli for the first time today and was really impressed. We ordered a blueberry cake donut, a peanut butter bomb donut, a peaches and cream donut, and a jalapeño cheddar sausage kolache. Everything was delicious and the owner was extremely friendly. I will definitely return!
