Your Pie Pizza - Cumming

Give Aiden a raise!! Excellent service, speed and professionalism from such a sweet young lady.... I was given the wrong pie by mistake and she corrected it immediately even though she was not at fault. Team player through and through. I wish there were were more like her around!

Unsanitary and messy food prep counter. Kids running the place, with no manager in sight supervising or doing walk throughs during the 30 minutes I was there. Customers were waiting while staff in the back playing on their phones. Pizza was decent, however, the pizza dough was slightly uncooked. Could have gone ~60-90 seconds longer (or increase temp) to better finish the crust. Unless owner/manager steps it up, probably won't be in business in the next 12 months.

We love this place, pizza is good, staff is friendly. And it's really quick.Edit: I'm not sure what's going on, but it seems that they're having staffing or training problems. The last couple of visits have taken significantly longer (even without a crowd) and some of the poor people behind the counter seem lost and unable to figure out what goes on the pre-designed pizzas. And I'm not ordering the hot honey pepperoni any more because no one can remember to put the honey on at the end.

Labor Day ordered on the website 2 pizza's plus delivery and tip 1 hour goes by 2 hours goes by after ordered so I drive to the location and a piece of notebook paper taped to the door that said we decided to go home it's Labor Day I live in Madisonville TN so I leave to go home before the store opens I would not recommend this store manager for a job that's the reason businesses have store hours they don't apply to this store it seems I hope corporate see's this review

The manager, Justin, ran to the store to purchase my daughter a birthday candle while we were eating after he heard I forgot ours at home. Your Pie is my daughter’s favorite restaurant and she’s chosen to go there 3 years in a row for her birthday dinner. Justin made this year extra special by going above and beyond to make this year the best yet!
