Mcdonald's - Cumberland

Great service today! I was curbing how I was worried as the ride through the line was all the way to the road. But the ride went fast, and my curb-side order was also prompt, and the food was fresh! The lady who brought the food was also very friendly.

The sweat tea was good. I like her fries too. Sometimes her sweat tea is a hit or miss, but still good.

Stopped with family and ordered the quarter pounder meal at 5:30pm. Dinner time right? Fries were good as expected but the burger was dark and crispy but cold, like it had been over cooked and left under a barely working warmer for hours. I took the burger back, showed the cashier and asked for a fresh one to be made. 2 minutes later he brings the burger out. It looked like the same burger just slightly warmer. Not wanting to deal with it anymore I ate it anyway. As you can imagine, it was dry and cold inside. Would have given them two stars if they would have corrected the problem instead of trying to dupe me. Burger King for my quick burger cravings from now on. They are hot and fresh the first time, every time.

They are so friendly people, quiet and ordered right away and ordered right meal! We definitely will come back again next time!

My husband asked for a fresh grilled chicken snackwrap and the manager (I use that term loosely) got smart with him. Normally he wouldn 't ask for something to be made fresh but last time his wrap was dried out and hard. So I don 't blame him for wanting fresh food. This will be the last time we eat at this McDonald 's. Whomever the manager is working today (12/3/16) at 1:15pm you need an attitude adjustment.
